How do I get it contact with customer service?

My delivery is taking longer than expected?
Tracking details should be automatically sent when order becomes fulfilled however if you are unable to track your order please send contact us to check the status of your delivery.
Why is my order processed in AUD?
Our website currency is AUD so your invoices and receipts will show AUD pricing however you will be deduced in your local currency so please always make sure to use currency converter to convert the currency to your local currency to get an accurate translation of what you will be charged from you account.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, We ship worldwide! Please see our shipping section for information and rates.
Can I get a refund on my order?
All Sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products. If in the unlikely event the item has arrived faulty please contact customer support and we will come up with the most suitable solution.
What if I have accidentally ordered an incorrect product?
If you have made a mistake with your order, Please email customer service immediately to have your order amended if it has not already been processed. Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes.
A product I want is out of stock, Will it come back in stock?
If the product you want is out of stock and it is still up on our website, Don't worry! It will be back in stock. You can sign up to our mailing list to be the first to find out when our restocks are.
I am located outside of AU, Will I have to pay customs & import taxes?
Items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Gemma Isabella Cosmetics.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Australia.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
